What ages do you work with?
We provide therapy services for children ages 6 and older, adolescents, and adults.
How soon can I get an appointment?
In most cases, new clients can be scheduled within a week, depending on clinician availability.

Yes. All of our clinicians are trained in trauma-informed care and have experience helping clients recover from traumatic experiences.

What insurance plans do you accept?

How do I get started?

Do I need a referral to start therapy?
No. Most clients can schedule directly without a referral.

Our team can help match you with a clinician based on your needs, preferences, insurance, and scheduling availability.
How long are therapy sessions?
Most individual therapy sessions are 53–60 minutes. Session length may vary depending on the service provided.
How often will I attend therapy?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions, although the frequency of services is determined based on individual needs and treatment goals.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes. Therapy is confidential except in situations where disclosure is required by law, such as concerns about safety or abuse.
Can I switch therapists if it isn't a good fit?
Yes. Finding the right therapeutic relationship is important, and we can help you transition to another clinician if needed.
Do you provide services for anxiety, depression, and PTSD?
Yes. Our clinicians work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions.
